1. Go to VentaVid.com
2. Click on login at the top right
   
   
   
   
3. Click on 'Request a new one here' on the right hand side of the Sign in screen
4. Fill in your email address and click on 'Reset password'
   
   

Please enter the email address you used when signing up. Within a few moments you’ll receive an email with further instructions.

Important:
The reset link is valid for 1 hour.
